**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room!** Job Description: - Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling journey in the world of healthcare? - As a Registered Nurse, you'll collaborate with a passionate team to deliver exceptional patient care! - Make a lasting impact by planning and implementing patient and family education initiatives. - Your expertise in assessing patient needs will be crucial in initiating effective interventions! **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing, Associate’s degree, or Diploma. - Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse). - American Heart Association BLS certification. - American Heart Association ACLS certification within 6 months of hire. - A minimum of 18 months of Registered Nurse experience. - Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR). - Preferred: 1 year of circulating experience. - Preferred: 1 year of scrub experience. **Essential Job Functions:** - Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patient health or the situation (Assessment). - Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues (Diagnosis). - Identify expected outcomes for a patient-specific plan (Plan of Care). - Develop and implement strategies to achieve expected outcomes. - Promote health and safety in the environment. - Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. - Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and competencies. - Evaluate your nursing practice against professional standards and guidelines. - Foster professional development among peers and colleagues. - Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in nursing practice. - Integrate ethical provisions throughout all areas of practice. - Incorporate research findings into your nursing practice. - Provide leadership in the professional setting and the nursing field. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and professionalism at all times. - Thrive in a busy and high-stress environment. - Exhibit creativity, problem analysis, and effective decision-making skills. - Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed. - Exercise tact, discretion, and maintain confidentiality. - Self-directed, completing assignments accurately and thoroughly. - Showcase strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. **Stroke Competency:** - Adhere to hospital policies for caring for patients with hyperacute and acute strokes. - Complete two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease education within the first year. - Participate in one hour of annual cerebrovascular disease education. **Shift Information:** - Enjoy variable day shift positions with on-call responsibilities. - Options for 4-10 hour shifts or 3-12 hour shifts with a 4-hour requirement. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
