Job Opportunity: RN - NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

Location: Odessa, Texas
Employment Type: Travel

Job Description

The Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse (RN - NICU) is responsible for providing care to NICU patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. The RN will maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Shift: Nights
Skills/Certifications: Ventilator experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license for Texas
Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
Ventilator experience
