Job Opportunity: RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Location: Forrest City, Arkansas
Employment Type: Travel

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery is responsible for providing care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of obstetrical care. This role requires:

Utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
Demonstrating critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care
Maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education
Delegating patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
Providing direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas
