**Join Our Dynamic Outpatient Clinic Team as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse ready to make a significant impact in an outpatient clinic setting? - Join our specialized team dedicated to patient care in Orthopedics and more! - Enjoy a 5x8-hour day shift (07:45 - 17:15) with no weekend or on-call requirements. **Qualifications:** - 1+ years of experience in an outpatient clinic or ambulatory setting - Strong experience in Orthopedics - Active CA RN License (no temporary or pending licenses) - Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC only) - Must receive flu vaccination (no exemptions or declinations) **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in post-surgery follow-up visits and procedures - Schedule nurse visits for phlebotomy, testing, or other procedures - Administer immunizations, injections, or oral medications - Draw and prepare designated laboratory work or specimens for pickup - Handle clinic care telephone interactions with provider input - Cover LVN/MA duties for absences, illnesses, and breaks **Work Environment:** - Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics - Number of Visits Per Day: 130 - Number of Rooms: 22 - Patient Diagnoses: Hand and Upper Extremity Conditions, Orthopedic Hand Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (both elective and acute) - Special Procedures: Minor in-office procedures, including lac repairs and open carpal tunnel surgeries - Equipped with: Fluoroscan, tourniquet, cautery bovie, centrifuge for PRP injections **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
