**Exciting Opportunity for an Ortho/Medical Surgical RN!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic healthcare team where you can make a genuine impact on patient recovery! - Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) - Minimum 1 year of experience required - Travel experience not required - Charting System: Epic (experience required) - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS preferred **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide specialized care to patients with musculoskeletal issues. - Manage care for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries. - Educate patients and families on care and prevention strategies. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and more. **Patient Care Details:** - Patient Ratios: 1:5 (Days, Nights, Weekends) - Daily Census: Approximately 10 patients - Number of Rooms/Beds: 10 **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in MS/Tele and Med/Surg settings - Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and emergency response - Knowledge in orthopedic trauma and total joint replacements - Proficient in colostomy/ileostomy management, IV therapy, and phlebotomy - Competence in non-invasive airway management and oxygen administration **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
