**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** Job Description: - **Unit:** L&D RN LCMT L AND D - **Profession:** Registered Nurse - **Specialty:** Labor and Delivery - **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - **Scheduling Type:** Other - **Float Required:** Yes, to Mother/Baby - **Years of Experience Required:** 3 years - **Travel Experience Required:** No - **Certifications Required:** - ACLS - AWHONN Advanced (preferred) - BLS - C-EFM (will take in lieu of Advanced AWHONN) - NRP - **Skills Required:** - Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Care - Telemetry Interpretation (preferred) - Labor and Delivery Management - Scrub for C-Section (preferred) - Circulate for C-Section - **Additional Skills:** - Preceptor skills preferred - Epic Hardstop experience - **Orientation Hours:** 24 - **Patient Age Groups:** - Neonates - Adolescents - Infants - Adults - **Daily Census:** 210-240 births per month - **Number of Rooms:** 22 - **Number of Beds:** 21 - **Interdisciplinary Support Includes:** - IV Teams - Respiratory Services - Interpretation Services - Radiology - Social Services - Rapid Response Teams - Pharmacy - Unit Secretary - **Patient Diagnoses Include:** - Low and High-risk labor patients - Antepartum with multiples - Hypertensive disorders - Diabetic conditions - Multiple system issues - **Important Notes:** - Must be flexible working weekends! - Precepting skills preferred – strong caregivers needed for PM shift. - Local Rate Match within a 50-mile radius. - First-timers accepted! - RTO must be included at the time of submission. - Guaranteed hours – facility may call off once per two-week pay period. - **Hospital Highlights:** - Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital - Total Staffed Beds: 356 - Scrub Color: Any Color! - Charting: Epic - Parking Cost: Free Parking!
