**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery - **Experience Required:** 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing - **Shift:** Night Shift (3x12-Hour, 19:00 - 07:00) - **Workload:** Float between units based on needs - **Weekend Requirement:** 6 weekend shifts per schedule **Key Responsibilities:** - Triage obstetrical patients effectively - Perform fetal monitoring and manage high-risk antepartum care - Skilled in the use of IUPC placement and calibration - Provide IV therapy and perform phlebotomy - Maintain central lines (CVC/PICC) safely - Administer medications, including: - Anticoagulation therapy - Antihypertensives - Insulin drips - Magnesium Sulfate therapy - Assist with high-risk deliveries, including: - Circulating for C-sections - Recovering C-sections - Performing sterile vaginal exams **Preferred Certifications:** - ACLS - AWHONN Intermediate - BLS - FHM - NRP **Professional Skills:** - Adhere to isolation precautions and utilize PPE effectively - Work independently within the unit - Experience in mom/baby and transition nursing preferred (not mandatory) **Hospital Highlights:** - Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care - Total Staffed Beds: 31 - Level IV Trauma Center - Free parking in unrestricted spaces **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
