Description

Job Opportunity: Obstetrics / L&D RN

Location: Aspen, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be obtained upon hire)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP)
Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM) certification through the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses
STABLE Program - STABLE Learner certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a perinatal RN

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s (BSN) or Master’s (MSN) degree in Nursing
Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
Bilingual in Spanish

Additional Information

Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing. Housing costs are high, especially in winter. Nearby towns such as Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs may offer options. Typical rent for a 1-bedroom apartment in Basalt is around $3,500/month.
