***Join Our Team as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist!*** **Job Description:** - **Position Title:** Cath Lab Tech/Certified - **Department:** Cath Lab - **Shift:** DAYS 7AM - 7PM - **Start Date:** ASAP **Why Choose This Role?** - Be at the forefront of cutting-edge diagnostic and interventional procedures! - Collaborate with talented physicians and healthcare professionals! - Make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through quality care and diagnostic imaging! **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures as ordered by physicians. - Provide excellent patient care while obtaining high-quality images for interpretation by Radiologists and Cardiologists. - Maintain thorough knowledge of associated radiographic equipment, neurological and cardiovascular anatomy, and radiographic positioning. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program. - **Experience:** - One year of radiologic experience required. - One year of interventional or cath lab experience preferred. - **Certification/Licenses:** - ARRT certification and New Mexico State licensure required. - BLS certification required. - ACLS certification to be obtained within one year. - Certification issued by ARRT applicable to cardiac or vascular intervention (CV, CI, or VI), or RCIS certification. **Skills Required:** - Strong understanding of interventional procedures in Cardiology and Radiology preferred. - Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology. **Work Environment:** - Clean, well-lit, and ventilated smoke-free environment. - Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and ionizing radiation. - Flexibility required due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies. **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to lift, position, push, and/or transfer patients and equipment in excess of 50 lbs. **Weekend and On-Call Requirements:** - On-call 1-2 weekends per month. - 8-12 days of on-call duty. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
