**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Dialysis Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Deliver exceptional dialysis care to patients - Educate patients on their treatment plans and health management - Supervise Dialysis Technicians to ensure high-quality care - Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans - Monitor patient outcomes and report changes in condition - Administer medications safely and effectively - Participate in exciting quality improvement projects - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists - Work in a chronic, in-center environment across various locations - Flexible schedule required: Monday to Saturday - Available shifts: 10-13 hours, AM and PM **Licensure & Certification:** - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license required - Current CPR certification with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association **Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required - Previous dialysis experience is a must - Acute or Ambulatory Nursing experience preferred **Location & Hours:** - Must be able to work at clinics located on the peninsula (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend) - Open to working any shift depending upon staffing needs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
