**Exciting Opportunity for an X-Ray Tech!** **Job Description:** - **Position**: X-Ray Tech - **Profession**: Radiology / Cardiology - **Specialty**: X-Ray Tech - **Shift**: - Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) - **Years of Experience**: - Minimum 1 year required - **Charting System**: - Required: Epic - **Community Hospital Experience**: - Required - **Trauma Level I Experience**: - Preferred - **Required Certifications**: - CA License - Fluoro - BLS - ARRT R - **Skills**: - Starting Peripheral IV’s (preferred) - Preparation and/or administration of contrast media - Adult Outpatient (preferred) - Additional Adult Acute Care experience - Experience in Emergency Department, ICU, NICU, Operating Room, and PICU - **Equipment Familiarity**: - GE (preferred) - Toshiba (preferred) - PACS - **Professional Knowledge and Skills**: - Abdomen/GI: - Abdomen decubitus - Abdomen supine (KUB) - Abdomen upright - Chest and Thorax: - Chest routine - Fluoroscopy Studies: - Barium Swallow/Esophagus - Contrast Enema - Upper GI series - Head Imaging - Lower Extremity Imaging - Mobile/Surgical Procedures - Spine and Pelvis Imaging - Upper Extremity Imaging - **Float Requirements**: Yes - **On-call Requirements**: Yes - **Weekend Shifts**: All weekends required - **Patient Age Groups**: - Neonates - Adolescents - Infants - Adults - Pediatrics - Geriatrics - **Number of Rooms**: 3 **Special Procedures/Unit Details**: *** Must possess required skills and experience to qualify.
