Job Opportunity: CVOR Tech (Surgical Services)

Location: Pocatello, Idaho
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Assist with cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) cases, including CABG, valve, and vascular procedures.
Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Call required: 25-33% of the time
Charting system: Epic

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgical Services (higher value between 1 and 2 years applied)
Prior travel experience not required

Required Certifications & Licenses

BLS (Basic Life Support)
NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification

Additional Requirements

7-year background check and work history verification
Education verification (highest level) required
Color blindness test required
Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
Core safety and compliance training annually
Locals within 100-mile radius are not accepted

Prior travel experience is not required if candidate has 2 years of experience.
Call coverage is expected approximately 25-33% of the time.
