**Exciting Opportunity for an RN in Medical ICU!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced Medical ICU, with the chance to enhance your nursing skills and make a real impact! - Position: RN for Medical ICU, with overflow into Neuro - Float to SICU, Miller 3, and Miller 4 as needed - Flexible scheduling with a minimum of every other weekend required - Experience at a large, teaching facility is a must! **Requirements:** - Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications - NIHSS certification needed prior to start - CCRN certification preferred - A minimum of 2 years of unit experience required - Proven experience with: - IV initiation and management - Multiple titrating drips - Critical ventilation care - Multi-system diseases - CRRT, IAPB, ECMO, COVID care - EPIC experience within the last 2 years is required and non-negotiable - Explain any employment gaps over 90 days **Additional Information:** - Monday to Sunday shifts available; no block scheduling - All employment history details, including bed count, EMR, and facility type, must be complete for submission - Reliable transportation is essential; personal or rental vehicles recommended - Ensure vehicles are equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
