**Join Our Dynamic Vascular Access Team as an RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Vascular Access Team RN - **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights - **Flexibility:** Primarily days, but must be open to night rotations as needed - **Weekends:** Every other weekend required - **Rotation:** One week of nights followed by a week of days; may include mid-week rotations - **Team Objective:** Fill critical vacancies with skilled travelers **Candidate Requirements:** - **Certifications:** - BLS required - AVA Certified preferred (not mandatory for placement) - **Experience:** - 2+ years in specialty nursing - Large trauma level 1 experience within the last year - Prior travel experience preferred - **Skills:** - Strong IV skills needed - Epic experience within the past 2 years (non-negotiable) - Ability to assess and manage PICC lines, including dressing changes and TPA administration - Proficient in placing and troubleshooting PIVs and PICCs - Familiarity with accessing and flushing ports **Additional Information:** - **Orientation:** Bi-weekly orientations on Monday; next available is 4/6 - **Travel:** Reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended - **Transportation Note:** Public transportation is not accessible; all-season or snow tires are advised from November - April - **Employment Gaps:** Any gaps over 90 days must be explained - **Work History:** Complete and detailed employment history is required for submission **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
