**Elevate Long-Term Care Nursing: Your Next Adventure Awaits!** **Job Description:** - Join a vibrant Long-Term Care unit with a strong team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our patients. - Work in an engaging environment with a total of 98 beds, providing exceptional care to residents aged 60 and older. - Collaborate with an experienced Unit Leader, Sheillagh Campione, D.O.N., and supportive staff scheduler, Buffi Calden, to ensure high-quality patient care. - Engage in a specialty that values Dementia Capable Care (not required, but preferred). - Benefit from a staffing ratio of 1 nurse to 20 patients per shift, ensuring manageable workloads and focused patient attention. - Enjoy ancillary assistance from dedicated LNA/CNA/PCT staff, enhancing team dynamics and patient support. - Document care effectively using the EPIC system for both patient documentation and medication management. - Flexibility in scheduling: no guaranteed weekends or days off unless stipulated in the contract.
