**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse!** We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Long Term Care unit. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment! **Job Description:** - **Work Schedule:** - 4 x 8 hour shifts one week - 5 x 8 hour shifts the next week - Minimum of every other weekend required - Flexible scheduling to meet unit and patient care needs - **Floating Requirements:** - Floating to Memory Care and PAC units as needed - **Candidate Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required - EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is mandatory - Dementia capable care certification preferred - **Additional Information:** - Availability from Monday to Sunday - No block scheduling allowed - Bi-weekly orientations every Monday - Candidates must account for employment gaps over 90 days - Comprehensive work history information is required - **Transportation Notes:** - Reliable transportation is essential due to limited public transport - Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November to April **Unit Details:** - **Total Beds:** 98 - **Unit Name:** Long Term Care (Otter Creek East & West) - **Patient-to-Nurse Ratio:** 1:20 - **Patient Population:** Long-term care for individuals aged 60+ - **Documentation System:** EPIC - **Staffing:** 4 nursing staff per shift + Unit clerk (day shift only) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
