**Join Our Dynamic Telemetry Team!** **Job Description:** - Start Date: March 16 - Assignment Length: Up to 32 weeks - Shift Schedule: - 3 x 12-hour shifts one week - 3 x 12-hour shifts + 1 x 8-hour shift the next week - Minimum of every other weekend required **Requirements:** - AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications - NIHSS certification required prior to start (proof needed) - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Telemetry - Prior travel experience is essential - Charge nurse experience required; will be performing in this capacity regularly - EPIC experience within the last 2 years is a non-negotiable requirement - Valid NY nursing license or proof of application required at the time of submission (please note that NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks) **Facility Highlights:** - Teaching Facility: No - Trauma Level: N/A - Total Number of Facility Beds: 25 - Unit Name: ECH Med/Surg Acute Unit - Total Unit Beds/Suites: 25 **Unit Features:** - Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5-6 - Staffing: - 3 staff members per shift - 1 unit clerk/secretary on day shift - 1 LPN per shift - Patient Care Modality: M/S acute, chronic, with telemetry, and rehab / varying acuity - Patient Population Diagnoses: Chronic disease exacerbation, acute infections - Patient Age Range: 17-104 years - Special Equipment: - IV Pumps - Telemetry - CT IV Contrast - Hi-Flow Oxygen Units - Respiratory and Anesthesia support available 24/7 - Charge role required **Orientation:** - Duration: 1-2 days **Additional Information:** - Reliable transportation is required (public transportation not accessible) - All vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April - Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
