**Exciting Opportunity for Telemetry RN - Join Our Team!** **Job Description:** - **Start Date:** Must begin on 3/16 - **Assignment Duration:** Up to 32 weeks - **Travel Rate:** - $100 for travel - $95: 51-100 miles radius - $90: 50 miles or less local - **Schedule:** - 3 x 12-hour shifts one week - 3 x 12-hour shifts and 1 x 8-hour shift the next week - Minimum of every other weekend required - Schedules adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs - **Requirements:** - Valid AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications - NIHSS certification required prior to start - Minimum of 1 year telemetry nursing experience - Prior travel nursing experience is mandatory - Charge nurse experience required; will perform in this capacity regularly - EPIC experience within the last 2 years is essential and non-negotiable - NY nursing license or proof of application required (note: licensing may take 6-8 weeks) - **Facility Information:** - Total Number of Beds: 25 - Unit Name: ECH Med/Surg Acute Unit - Specialty: Medical Acute and Sub Acute - Nurse-Patient Ratio: 1:5-6 - Patient Population: Chronic disease exacerbation, acute infections (age range: 17-104) - **Support Staff:** - CNA/LNA PCT available - Unit Clerk/Secretary present - Access to LPN on staff - **Equipment:** - IV Pumps, Telemetry, CT IV Contrast, Hi-Flow Oxygen - Respiratory support available 24/7 - **Job Responsibilities:** - Administer IV therapy - Perform EKGs and tele interpretation - Provide respiratory treatments - Care for Covid patients **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
