**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** - **Profession**: Registered Nurse - **Specialty**: Labor and Delivery - **Travel Experience**: Required (Seasoned travelers preferred) - **Shift**: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - **Years of Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery and post-partum care - **Patient Ratio**: 1:3 (Days and Nights) - **Daily Census**: 12 patients - **Facility Births/Month**: 200-300 **Qualifications**: - **Certifications Required**: - ACLS - AWHONN Intermediate - BLS - NRP - **Preferred Certifications**: - AWHONN Advanced - **Skills Required**: - Labor and Delivery experience - Triage of obstetrical patients - Fetal Monitoring - IV therapy/Phlebotomy - Medication & Administration (Anticoagulation therapy, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy) - Circulate for C-section - Sterile vaginal exam - **Additional Skills**: Strong precepting skills are a plus **Unit Details**: - **Patient Age Groups**: Neonates, Adults - **Number of Rooms**: 10 - **Number of Beds**: 10 - **Orientation Hours**: 36 - **Scheduling Type**: Other; No Block Scheduling - **Will Float Between Like Units**: Yes - **RTO Requests**: 2 Requests allowed - **Guaranteed Hours**: Facility can call off once per two-week pay period **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
