**Join Our Dynamic ICU Team as a Travel RN!** **Job Description:** - **Assignment Duration:** 16-32 weeks - **Travel Requirements:** - Radius: 51-100 miles - Local: 50 miles or less - **Position Overview:** - Seeking an experienced RN for our ICU team. - Schedule requires a minimum of every other weekend. - Floating within the facility is required. - No call duties. - **Qualifications:** - **Mandatory Certifications:** - AHA BLS - AHA ACLS - NIHSS (required prior to start) - **Preferred Certifications:** - CCRN - AHA PALS - **Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in ICU. - EPIC experience required from within the past 2 years (non-negotiable). - **Facility Information:** - **Bed Count:** 90 total; 14 in the ICU - **Nurse-Patient Ratio:** 2:1 to 3:1 (day/night) - **Ancillary Support:** CNA/PCT and Unit Clerk available. - **Orientation:** 2 days with bi-weekly start dates. - **Working Conditions:** - **Shift Schedule:** 12-hour shifts, rotating between days and nights as needed. - **Weekend and Holiday Requirements:** Based on unit needs. - **Patient Demographics:** Adults (18+), handling cases like sepsis, respiratory failure, DKA, and more. - **Unit Specifics:** - Advanced practice support available on-site. - Special equipment includes Baxter IV pumps and Mindray bedside monitors. - Responsibilities involve titration of medications, assisting with procedures, and patient management tasks. - **Additional Notes:** - Reliable transportation is required; public transport is not available in the area. - Personal vehicles or rentals should be equipped for seasonal conditions. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
