Description

Job Opportunity: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT)

Location: Globe, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Four 10-hour shifts per week
On-call duties included

Job Description

Extensive knowledge of the Vitros 56/7600 analyzer is required
Candidates should submit their analyzer history
Mobile RV housing is preferred

Requirements

Flu vaccine is mandatory (no exceptions)
Must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the job location
No more than 3 days off may be requested during the 13-week contract
The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment; guaranteed hours do not apply

Required Qualifications

Valid license as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist in Arizona
3 years of experience in the Medical Laboratory specialty

Certifications

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
