Registered Nurse – Outpatient Women's Health Clinic

Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient women's health clinic setting.
• Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch break.
• No weekends, holidays, or 10-hour shifts.
• May occasionally float to other departments where qualified, performing patient care or task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones.
• Clinic experience is mandatory.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in Women’s Health nursing.
• Strong critical thinking and triage skills, including knowledge of the Emergency Severity Index (ESI).

Additional Information

• Housing is shared and based on availability; no family or pets allowed. Housing arrangements are managed by the agency and contractors.
• Orientation is held every other Monday; missing the compliance deadline will delay orientation to the next scheduled Monday.
