**Exciting Opportunity: Cardiac Progressive Care Unit RN!** **Job Description:** - Start Date: 5/18 - Assignment Duration: 16-32 weeks - Travel Rate: $100 - Must be willing to float to similar units - Rotating Day/Night shifts - Every Weekend Schedule - Cardiac Progressive Care Stepdown Tele/Surgical Focus **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a progressive care unit - AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required - PCCN certification preferred; NIHSS must be obtained prior to start - Recent large trauma level 1 experience (within the last year) - Epic experience within the past 2 years (non-negotiable) - Essential cardiothoracic and vascular experience - Must have post-operative experience with Day 1 hearts (both open and closed) - Strong background in cardiac care **Additional Information:** - IVS to offer - Monday to Sunday schedule - No block scheduling available - Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; next available orientation on 6/01 - All employment history must be complete, including bed count, EMR, facility type, and explanations for employment gaps over 90 days **Disclaimers:** - Public transportation is not accessible in this area; reliable transportation is required - Personal vehicles or rental vehicles are strongly recommended - Ensure vehicles are equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
