**Exciting Opportunity for Respiratory Therapists!** **Job Description:** - **Assignment Duration:** 16-32 weeks - **Location:** Central Vermont - **Unit:** Respiratory Therapy Unit - **Patient Population:** Care for all age groups, including ICU and ED floors - **Shift Details:** - Monday to Sunday - Self-scheduling - 12-hour shifts - No specified scrub color - Every other weekend commitment required **Requirements:** - **Certifications Needed:** - RRT - AHA BLS - AHA ACLS - AHA PALS - NRP - **Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years’ experience required - Neonate and pediatric experience, including NICU/PICU - Must have EPIC experience within the past 2 years - **Documentation:** - All work history information must be complete - Explain any employment gaps over 90 days **Work Environment:** - **Floating:** Not required - **Orientation:** 3 days - **Advanced Practice:** N/A - **Jewelry and Hair:** Permitted if hygiene practices are maintained - **Nail Polish:** No chips or cracks **Equipment Used:** - Hamilton C3 and T1 Ventilator - V60 NIV - Airvo 2 and F&P Heated HFNC - Bubble CPAP - **Support Available:** - Respiratory staff available 24/7 - Anesthesia available 24/7 **Unit Protocols:** - **Procedures:** - External transports for adult critical care - RT driven protocols for bronchodilator therapy, hyperinflation, airway clearance, and NIV therapy - Mechanical ventilation protocols for ICU patients **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
