Job Opportunity: Assistant Unit Manager - Pre-op, PACU, and Pre-Admission

Location: Greenbrae, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking an Assistant Unit Manager to support the leadership team for Pre-Admission, Pre-op, and PACU areas.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Some occasional weekend phone call coverage required

Required Qualifications

Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience in PACU and/or Pre-op
At least 2 years of leadership experience, specifically leadership experience in PACU is required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS

Additional Information

Up to 36 hours of on-call coverage may be required during the assignment
Candidates must be able to start within 2 weeks of the requested start date

This role is ideal for experienced nursing professionals with strong leadership skills in perioperative care settings.
