**Exciting Opportunity for a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic and fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team! - Floating required: travelers will float to appropriate units first. - Flexible scheduling expectations: minimum of every other weekend. - Monday to Sunday shifts available with no block schedules. - Engage in meaningful patient care that makes a real difference. **Requirements:** - AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a large trauma level I facility. - Experience in cardiology, including post-cath care, STEMI, and structural heart patients. - EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is mandatory. **Additional Information:** - Orientation: Bi-weekly on Mondays; next available on 4/20. - Please explain any employment gaps over 90 days. - An all-season or snow-equipped vehicle is essential for commuting. **Unit Details:** - Total Facility Beds: 341 - Trauma Level: 2 - Nurse-Patient Ratio: 3:1 - Specialty Testing: Acute inpatient Progressive Care Tele - Patient Population: Includes Acute Coronary Syndrome, Heart Failure, and other cardiac conditions. **Equipment:** - Availability of respiratory support 24/7. - Management of only home ventilators on the unit. **Professional Expectations:** - Maintain a professional appearance; navy blue or white scrubs required. - Minimal jewelry; hair must be groomed, and no artificial nail polish. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
