**Exciting Opportunity for OR Registered Nurse (RN)** Job Description: - Start Date: 5/18 - Assignment Duration: 16-32 weeks - Travel Rate: Competitive - Radius: - $107 for 51-100 miles - $102 for 50 miles or less - Distance measured by straight line, not driving distance - RN Schedule: Rotating between day/evening shifts - Typical pattern: Three-day shifts plus one off shift - Off shift options: - 0845-1915 - 1045-2115 - 1245-2315 - On-call duty: - One weekday call per week - One 24-hour call in each four-week schedule block - Flexibility required to meet unit and patient care needs Requirements: - Prior travel experience required - Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience - Experience in large (500+ beds) trauma level 1 facility - EPIC experience within the last 2 years is non-negotiable - Circulate and scrub skills checklists must be included in the application packet - Ability to scrub all specialties except CVOR cases - Must be proficient in scrubbing all general OR, GU, GYN, ENT, eyes, plastics, lap cases, trauma, thoracic, and vascular surgeries Additional Information: - IVS to OFFER - Assignment Duration: Monday to Sunday - No block schedules for any reason - Bi-weekly orientations every Monday, with the next available on 6/01 - All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained - Complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) is necessary for submission Disclaimers: - Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area; ensure reliable transportation is available - Personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November – April Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
