**Join Our Team as a Radiology Technologist!** - Are you ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare field? - We are seeking a passionate and skilled Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic team! **Job Description:** - Perform a variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures with precision. - Collaborate with fellow imaging technologists to maintain a smooth patient flow. - Showcase your versatility by working other shifts and locations as needed. - Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues and ensure the quality of images and archiving systems. - Engage in ongoing education and embrace advancements in technology within your licensure scope. - Adhere to expected imaging competencies as outlined by management, with a focus on professional development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet and exceed expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies. - Embrace the Core Values of our organization in all interactions. - Maintain a professional demeanor with appropriate behavior, dress, and punctuality. - Foster a culture of growth and engagement among team members and physicians. - Deliver exceptional support to radiologists and referring physicians, enhancing their satisfaction. - Protect patient confidentiality and handle information responsibly. - Adapt care methods to suit the unique needs of each patient, considering their physical and emotional well-being. - Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and care standards from various regulatory entities. - Assist in patient throughput by performing necessary examinations and procedures. - Accurately scan and store completed exams in PACS. - Act as a PACS Superuser, following downtime procedures and addressing issues appropriately. - Report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel and perform follow-up actions. - Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. **Job Requirements:** - Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an equivalent program required. - 1 year of hospital experience preferred. - Basic computer skills necessary. - Required certifications: - Radiography (R) by ARRT - State Licensure - Texas: MRT by TMB - BLS (AHA only) **Work Schedule:** - Friday to Sunday, 6:30 PM - 7 AM - Full-Time Position **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
