**Exciting Opportunity for RN in Resource Pool & Float Med/Surg Tele!** **Job Description:** - **Join a dynamic team** as a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Resource Pool and Float Med/Surg Tele unit! - **Shifts:** Monday to Sunday with no block schedules; bi-weekly orientations on Mondays. - **Minimal scheduling requirements:** Work a minimum of every other weekend; flexible to unit and patient care needs. - **Responsibilities:** - Expected to work with ED Hold patients. - Deliver exceptional patient care in an engaging environment. - **Requirements:** - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, including 1 year in Med/Surg Tele specialty. - Active AHA BLS certification required; CMSRN preferred. - NIHSS certification required prior to starting. - Epic experience within the last 2 years is mandatory. - New York RN license required at submission. - **Orientation Details:** - 1 day of orientation. - Knowledge of the facility's bed count, EMR, and type required for submission. - **Staffing Information:** - Nurse Patient Ratios: - R5: 1:4 - R6: 1:4 - R7: 1:5 (adjustments may be made) - Ancillary assistance available (CNA/PCT). - Unit clerk/secretary support available. - **Equipment & Support:** - Utilize IV pumps, bladder scanners, and have respiratory support available 24/7. - **Location Details:** - Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is essential. - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
