Exciting Opportunity for Respiratory Therapists! Job Description: - Seeking skilled Respiratory Therapists to join our dynamic team! - Enjoy a flexible schedule, with a minimum requirement of every other weekend. - Be prepared to support the nursery and ER as needed. - Minimum of 2-3 years of RT experience required. - Recent experience in neonatal/pediatric populations preferred, with NRP certification or exposure. - EPIC experience within the last 2 years is essential and non-negotiable. - NY state license required at the time of submission. - Orientation sessions held bi-weekly on Mondays. - Must be able to explain any employment gaps exceeding 90 days. - Reliable transportation is crucial; public transit is not available in this area. - Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April. - Work in a 341-bed facility with a focus on diverse patient populations from neonates to adults. Key Details: - Unit Name: Respiratory Therapist - Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1 year required in specialty. - Certifications: Required - ACLS, BLS, NRP. - Documentation System: EPIC - Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM. - Float between different hospital floors as necessary.
