Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy)
Location: Salinas, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to work in a skilled nursing facility. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
Duties
- Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility (SNF) patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Complete documentation according to facility standards
- May require floating to a nearby sister facility within walking distance
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred (mentorship available for 0-1 years experience)
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
Schedule Preference
- Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
Additional Notes
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
- Mentorship available for candidates with minimal SNF experience.
