Description

Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Location: Corsicana, Texas
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
No call, no block scheduling, no 48-hour guarantee
Trauma Level IV experience required
Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 5 patients
Number of beds: 14
Electronic Medical Record system: Medhost-EDIS
Parking available in front of the hospital

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the Emergency Department
Minimum 2 years of trauma experience, including trauma experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

Dress code: Scrubs in any solid color
Travelers submitted without all required information and qualifications will be rejected
