**Exciting Opportunity for Surgical RNs!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic Operating Room team focused on delivering exceptional patient care! - **Schedule:** - Flexible scheduling required - Minimum of every other weekend commitment - On-call every 3-5 weekends for patient needs - Two calls required per week - **Requirements:** - Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a surgical setting - Strong expertise in orthopedic and general surgical procedures; minimal eye experience acceptable - Scrub experience preferred - strong circulators accepted - Recent Epic experience (within the last 2 years) is a must (non-negotiable) - **Facility Details:** - 122 licensed beds, providing a comprehensive range of services - 5 operating room suites dedicated to surgery - Competitive nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 - Support staff includes CNAs, PCTs, and unit clerks - **Orientation:** - 3 days of focused orientation to ensure your success - **Shift Details:** - Normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 6:50 AM - 5:30 PM - 8 or 10-hour shifts available - Evening shifts: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM - **Patient Population:** - Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients - Diverse range of orthopedic procedures, general surgeries, and gynecological operations - **Equipment:** - Utilizes Baxter IV pumps and MindRay monitors - Anesthesia support available 24/7 to manage complex cases - **Additional Info:** - Must provide reliable, all-season transportation - Public transportation is not available in the area **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
