Description

Job Opportunity: Labor & Delivery Nurse

Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide nursing care in Labor & Delivery and Nursery with couplet care experience.
Approximately 45-50 deliveries per month.
Work schedule: 72-80 hours every two weeks.
May be assigned charge nurse duties (additional compensation applies).
May float to assist other departments but not as a primary nurse.
Must be skilled in intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Hawaii
Labor and Delivery experience with a minimum of 4 years, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, NIHSS, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CCMA, RMA, C-EFM
Nursery experience
Couplet care experience
Skilled in intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring
Minimum 4 years of nursing experience
