Job Opportunity: Cath Lab RN

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Must have an active Hawaii nursing license prior to the start of the contract.
Must be able to take frequent on-call shifts.
Must be available to work consecutive weekends as needed.

Required Certifications and Qualifications

Valid RN license in Hawaii
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, with experience within the last year
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
ATT (Advanced Trauma Training)
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
AWHONN (Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab work, and Emotional support)
ASLS (Advanced Surgical Life Support)
NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting)
APHON (Association of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurses)
CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant)
RMA (Registered Medical Assistant)
C-EFM (Certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring)

Additional Information

Holiday pay applies only if the shift begins on the holiday.
Prior travel experience is required for this position.
