**Exciting Opportunity for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN!** Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment! **Job Description:** - **Unit Specialty:** PCU - **Total Beds:** 341 - **Patient Ratio:** 3:1 - **Shift Hours:** 7 AM - 7 PM - **Availability:** Monday to Sunday with a commitment to every other weekend - **Floating Requirement:** Members of the Resource Float team - **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year of telemetry experience - AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required prior to start - Epic experience from within the past 2 years (non-negotiable) - **Clinical Skills:** - Experience with insulin drips, cardiac drips, and starting IVs - Proficient in post-cardiac catheterization care - **Additional Info:** - No block scheduling available; flexible scheduling to meet unit needs - Public transportation is not accessible – reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended - Advanced practice support available as necessary - **Patient Population:** - Acute Coronary Syndrome, ETOH withdrawal, heart failure, patients requiring close monitoring and advanced interventions - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: Navy blue or white - Shoes: Closed toe, nonskid - Minimal jewelry; professional grooming required **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
