Occupational Therapist - Alaska (Contract)

Location: Cordova, Alaska

Job Description

• Work in an outpatient setting as well as with swing bed and acute inpatients in a small, critical access hospital.
• This is a short assignment to cover for PTO, with the possibility of future coverage for the same reason.
• Housing is provided (no pets allowed). Travel arrangements can be made if needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Alaska
• Graduate-level degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• ASHA certification
• CHT certification
• ACP training
