Job Summary

Join a patient care team in a beautiful outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on outpatient physical therapy with an emphasis on mens/woman's (pelvic) lymphedema and requires dry needling certification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention strategies.
• Design and modify therapeutic plans to help patients regain daily function.
• Promote injury and disability prevention through health, fitness, and wellness education.
• Participate in consultation, education, and research activities related to physical therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records including physician orders, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Minimum 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Dry needling certification
• Certification or membership with ASHA or CHT
