Description
Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Friday to Monday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Administer radioactive medication to patients and operate imaging technology to track radiation within the body.
- Responsible for diagnostic imaging procedures related to nuclear medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months (0.5 years) of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, with experience within the last year.
- NIHSS certification.
Additional Information
- Orientation for Allied and Therapy Travelers begins on Tuesdays.
- On-call pay is provided at a minimum of 1 hour at $2 per hour.
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be considered local and compensated at a reduced rate.
- Former direct employees are ineligible for agency placement until 6 months after direct employment ends.
