Schedule

• Day shift, 5 days a week (5x8 hours)
• Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Weekends required every other weekend

Job Requirements

• Valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in Washington
• Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience within the last year
• Master of Social Work degree
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in Discharge Planning and Care Coordination

Licensure and Certifications

• Must hold a valid Washington State license for Social Work (LMSW)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Pending Washington license accepted

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Background check within 90 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must be updated annually
• Education verification required
• Drug screening (9 panel) within 12 months of start
• Respiratory safety clearance required for travel candidates, updated annually
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
• Immunizations and health documents required:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or declination)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
  • Seasonal flu vaccine or declination during flu season
  • COVID vaccination record preferred (declinations accepted)
• References: Minimum 2 references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within the last 3 years
• Employment application covering at least last 5 years of employment

• Total staffed beds: 571 across campuses
• Charting system: EPIC
• Scrub color: Any except reddish orange
• Parking: Facility paid

Additional Notes

• Locals are not accepted for this travel position
• Guaranteed minimum of 72 hours every 2 weeks
• Must comply with float policy; may be required to float to other nearby facilities
• Various mandatory training modules and competency exams must be completed annually or prior to start, including:

  • Regulatory and specialty-specific Workramp modules
  • Medication and pharmacology competency exams as applicable
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) and Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) certifications if required by clinical track
• Photo for badge required (passport style with neutral background)
• Prior travel experience is not required for this position
