Job Opportunity: Licensed Masters of Social Worker (LMSW)

Location: Everett, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 8 hours per day (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 32 hours
Weekends: Required every other weekend
Start Date: ASAP
Floating: Yes, will float between units including multiple nearby campuses

Required Qualifications

• Valid LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker license in Washington
• Master of Social Work degree
• Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience, including experience within the last year
• Discharge planning/care coordination experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Requirements

• Work History: Employment application covering at least last 5 years; references aligned with specialty
• Skills Checklist: Required for applicable units, updated annually
• Floating Policy: Acknowledgement required; may float to other facilities within reasonable distance
• Training Modules:

  • Completion of annual regulatory and specialty-specific Workramp modules as assigned
  • EPIC training modules completion required
  • Trauma-informed care training required at this facility
• Background and State-Specific Checks:

  • Washington State Patrol Search within 90 days of start, updated every 2 years for certain facility types
  • OBRA Registry Search for CNAs (not applicable here but noted for awareness)
• Photo for Badge: Passport-style photo with neutral background required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Guaranteed minimum 72 hours per 2-week period
• Work across multiple hospital units and campuses within close proximity
• Day shift with every other weekend required
