Shift Details

• Day shift, 5 days a week (5x8 hours)
• Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Weekends required every other weekend

Job Requirements

• Valid LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker license in Washington
• Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience within the last year
• Experience in Discharge Planning and Care Coordination
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must be willing to float between hospital units, including multiple campuses within close proximity

Licensure and Certifications

• Must hold a valid Washington State license for Social Services (MSW)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Pending Washington license accepted

Required Documentation and Compliance

• I-9 attestation
• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Social Security Card (for Washington state OBRA search if applicable)
• Background check within 90 days covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; updated annually
• Education verification required
• Employment application covering at least last 5 years
• Minimum of 2 professional references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within the last 3 years
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
• Immunizations and health screenings including:

  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years or declination
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer or declination
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer or declination
  • Seasonal flu vaccine during flu season or declination
  • COVID-19 vaccination record preferred; declinations accepted
• Drug screening (9 panel) within 12 months of start
• Respiratory safety clearance for respirator use, medically cleared annually (travel only)
• Fit mask testing required for travel candidates (not required for sterile processing techs or per diem after certain dates)
• WA State Patrol background search within 90 days of start, updated every 2 years for certain facility types

Additional Requirements

• Float policy acknowledgement: candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities
• Completion of required WorkRamp training modules prior to start and annually as applicable, including:

  • Regulatory requirements
  • Specialty-specific modules for Social Services/Case Management
  • Trauma-informed care basics (required at this facility)
• EPIC training modules completion required
• Photo for badge (passport style with neutral background)

Notes

• Locals are not accepted for this travel assignment
• Guaranteed minimum of 72 hours per 2-week pay period
