Description

Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Mountlake Terrace, Washington
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 10-13 hour shifts, AM & PM
Hours per Week: 36

Job Overview

Provide dialysis treatment and patient care in a chronic, in-center setting.
Educate patients and supervise Dialysis Technicians.
Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans.
Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications.
Participate in quality improvement projects.
Collaborate with the care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
Work any day Monday through Saturday, covering multiple clinic locations.
Must be flexible to work any AM or PM shift based on staffing needs.

Required Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from Washington State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
Current CPR certification with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
Previous dialysis experience is required.
Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred.

Location & Work Requirements

Must be able to work at clinics in Mountlake Terrace, Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point.
Ability to work varied shifts (AM/PM) depending on staffing needs.

Additional Information

This is a chronic dialysis position requiring hands-on patient care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
