**Exciting Opportunity for a CRU Nurse!** **Job Description:** - **Start Date:** Must start within the next week - **Location:** Central Vermont Medical Center, Berlin, VT - **Unit:** Operating Room - **Total Facility Beds:** Licensed for 122 - **Operating Room Details:** - Total OR Suites/Suites/Deliveries: 5 - Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:1 - Circulate/Scrub as applicable: Circulate & Scrub - Unit clerk available - **Schedule:** - Minimum requirement: Every other weekend - Flexible schedules to meet unit and patient care needs - Call requirement: Two times per week - Weekend rotation: On call every 3-5 weekends as needed - **Experience & Skills Required:** - Minimum 2 years’ experience in nursing - Strong skills in Orthopedics and general surgery, GYN preferred - Scrub experience highly preferred; strong circulators accepted - Epic experience required within the last 2 years - **Certifications:** - AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required - **Working Hours:** - Monday to Sunday - Shift options: 8 or 10 hour days; normal business hours are 0650 - 1730 - **Patient Population:** - Diverse ages: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics - **Special Equipment:** - IV Pumps: Baxter - Monitors: MindRay - Requires willingness to circulate C-Sections; training provided - **Additional Information:** - Public transportation is NOT accessible; reliable transportation is required - Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November to April **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
