Description

Echosonographer

Location: Great Falls, Montana
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and dobutamine stress echocardiograms.
Assist in transesophageal echocardiography procedures.
Provide preliminary diagnostic evaluations and notify cardiologists of examination results.
Consult with cardiologists to establish requirements for non-standard exams and determine technical factors.
Participate in call rotation with a minimum of 10 days per month, including holiday coverage.
Receive direction from providers and department managers/supervisors.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer, with experience within the last year.
Certification from ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International).

Additional Information

Call rotation required (minimum 10 days/month including holidays).
