Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health

Location: Sunnyvale, California (Territory includes San Jose, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City, and nearby areas)

Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Restore and maximize patient function through occupational therapy.
Facilitate activities of daily living after disabilities to prevent further functional restrictions.
Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs.
Perform duties consistent with skills and training aligned with the goals of home health care.

Schedule

Days, Monday to Friday
Flexible hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
