Description
Registered Nurse (Med Surg) - Travel Position
Location: Gadson, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Hours per Week: 36
Patient Ratio: 6 to 1
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Job Description
- Provide nursing care on a Medical-Surgical unit during night shifts.
- Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alabama (Compact or Alabama state license accepted).
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the last year.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
