**Exciting Opportunity for LPN Travelers!** Job Description: - Join a dynamic team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a fast-paced rehabilitation and nursing environment! - Embrace the chance to make a meaningful impact every day while working with a dedicated team. - Enjoy flexible scheduling with assignments available Monday through Sunday. - Experience the satisfaction of providing top-notch care to dementia patients in a supportive setting. Key Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LPN required. - Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is essential. - Must be comfortable floating to various units and adapting to different patient needs. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA is required. - Prior travel nursing experience is a must! Additional Information: - Must complete a 7-year background check (nationwide, county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender) within 18 months of start date. - FACIS 3 and VCIC must be completed within 30 days of starting. - All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained. - Comprehensive work history information is necessary for submission, including bed count, EMR, and facility type. Important Considerations: - Reliable transportation is a must; personal or rental vehicles are recommended. - Ensure your vehicle is equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April. - All travelers must adhere to their assigned schedules — no changes will be accepted once the assignment begins. - Preplanned time off must be communicated upfront; requests won't be honored after the assignment begins.
