Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - Travel Position
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (1830 - 0700), 3 shifts per week (3x12)
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Provide cardiopulmonary services as a Respiratory Therapist registered or certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- Follow approved protocols and department policies to deliver timely diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care to inpatients and outpatients.
- Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
- Deliver medicated aerosols using medical compressed gas.
- Maintain airways and manage ventilators.
- Perform intubations and blood gas analysis.
- Experience required in ICU, general floors, and Emergency Department (ED).
- Minimal experience in NICU and Pediatrics sufficient to cover ED needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Experience working with Neonate patients

- Travel assignment.
- Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts.
