Description

Registered Nurse - Surgery (General OR) - Day Shift

Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Work schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) per week, totaling 36 hours.
Rotating call schedule including both weekday and weekend call responsibilities, shared between two call groups.
Holiday call rotation may be required if holidays fall during the assignment.
Scheduling may vary based on patient census and staffing needs.
May be required to float to surgery centers as needed.
Epic EMR proficiency preferred.
Start date dependent on offer acceptance.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum of 3 years recent Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic EMR

Additional Information

Facility reserves the right to cancel shifts up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract.
All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission and included in the confirmation to be honored.
Compliance with agency contract terms (start/end dates and RTO) is mandatory.
